As an independent wholesale broker, we are a critical intermediary between insurance carriers and retail brokers which deal directly with insured parties. Jatin specializes in placing complex property and casualty insurance programs for renewable energy portfolios that are non-recourse financed. He has 16 years’ experience previously as President of GCube Insurance Services, one of the market leading underwriters for renewable energy, and Willis Limited. His expertise spans risk consulting, broking, and underwriting spanning 150GW of assets in development, construction, and operation in over 40 countries. Jatin is a licensed property, casualty, and surplus lines broker in all 50 US states. He has completed the Lloyd’s executive education training at London Business School and holds a master’s degree in climate change management.

Tom specialises in analysing renewable energy markets. For 6 years he was the lead global offshore wind analyst at Bloomberg New Energy Finance; applying analytical skills and strategic thinking to identify emerging opportunities across investment, companies, technology, policy, and the supply chain. One of his areas of focus was assessing the viability, timing, and size of new offshore wind markets, specifically the U.S. and across Asia. Another specialty was analysing project finance, revenue streams, and acquisitions. Many of his granular cost analyses led to conclusions on the interdependencies of capex components on changing technology trends and site characteristics. Tom was in charge of a global team of analysts, covering onshore and offshore wind. He has held numerous keynote slots at global conferences and presented findings at the European Parliament. For his PhD, Tom used numerical and physical models to design and test a new tidal stream turbine before co-founding a spin-out company from the university. Tom also holds a masters degree in civil engineering.

Arjun specializes in transacting risks for large, complex engineered projects. He has significant “boots on the ground”  industry experience in energy and infrastructure on UK mega projects. His capabilities on project sites range from marine piling, municipal airport construction, underground and overground rail systems, precast and in-situ concrete, earthworks, and viaduct construction.

 Arjun’s specialist construction-focused knowledge provides insureds and their retail brokers with a level of specific expertise not traditionally found in (re)insurance. Arjun has a master’s degree in civil engineering.

Brandon Co-Founded NARDAC in 2020 after a career specializing in complex mega projects in development, design, construction, and commissioning. He has developed power generation, energy, heavy civil infrastructure, and transportation projects around the world. As an experienced project developer with Bechtel, his unique experience providing owner-insights in holistically evaluating mega-project risks for new development. Brandon has a master’s degree in industrial engineering and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering.

Chris London brings valuable insights to NARDAC with over 40 years of industry experience in the international insurance business, notably in the US. Chris has had a number of leadership positions in the industry such as serving on the Group Board of Willis Limited and running their Global Specialty businesses. He has market knowledge in general management, broker relations, strategy and risk and previously served as a Non-Executive Director for Beazley. Chris is currently Executive Chairman of Paragon International Insurance Brokers Limited.

Skip Cooper began his career interning at Lloyds of London, and later worked for market leaders where he helped drive AmWINS Group Inc. to its position as a leading specialty broker with expertise in customer, client, and market relationships. Skip has helped companies improve their operations and bring success with 35 years of industry experience and extensive knowledge of large P&C account structures, placement management, and product research and development. Skip obtained his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation enhancing his knowledge and expertise. Outside of his career, Skip is actively involved in the community, supporting local charities and organisations. Skip is the Vice Chairman of Amwins Group.

He has advised clients and transacted insurance on utility scale development, construction, and operational projects in the US and internationally navigating them through 3 notable hard market cycles. Marshall previously served as a Managing Director for Aon in the South West where he served 30 years in a variety of leadership roles. Marshall is a former Navy nuclear submarine officer and graduate of the United States Naval Academy and DePaul University’s Graduate School of Business.

As a private Equity Operating Partner, Martin Mumford is responsible for evaluating investments and partnering with management to craft and execute portfolio company strategy. He began his career as a management consultant, where he worked with leading global companies to design and deliver strategic projects and drive operational improvements. Martin served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army after graduating from Stanford University, and he holds an MBA with honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Palmer Scholar.

Paul’s career as a broker started in the late 1970s at Aon. With his previous role as co-CEO of THB Netherlands, he was responsible for the development and growth of the expanding renewable energy portfolio. Paul brings over 30 years of industry experience and extensive knowledge of growing markets. A notable milestone in Paul’s career thus far was securing a 10-year non-cancellable operational insurance contract for a leading wind farm, which was the first of its kind.
